Because Executive Tennis reserves coaching time and coordinates scheduling (and sometimes courts/partners), purchases are handled as follows:
Single Sessions
24+ hours notice: Refund or reschedule available (refund may exclude payment processing fees).
Under 24 hours / no-show: No refund.
Packages & Programs
Before start: Cancel 48+ hours before your first session for a refund (minus any processing fees and any non-refundable court/facility costs, if applicable).
After start: No refunds once the first session occurs or scheduling/concierge work has begun. Unused sessions may be rescheduled within the program window when possible.
Weather / Unsafe Conditions
If we cancel due to weather/safety, you’ll receive a make-up session or credit (not a refund).
Facility Fees
Third-party court/club fees are non-refundable and subject to the facility’s policies.
